List of Edible Flowers

Edible flowers are considered non toxic flowers that we can eat safely – of course after washing- They may be preserved using techniques such as drying, freezing or steeping in oil and mostly used in drinks, jelly, salads, soups, syrups eve…n oils and great for decorations. Flower-flavoured oils and vinegars are made by steeping edible flower petals in these liquids.
