Simple Chopped Fruit Salad

This is a very simple and delicious fruit salad. Use the freshest fruit you can find or whatever’s in season and you’ll wonder why you don’t make this everyday!

Chopped Fruit Salad (34)

• 250g strawberries (chopped)
• 100g mango (or pineapple)
• ½ Tsp lime juice
• 125g blackberries
• 100g  yoghurt
• 2 Tsp seeds (pumpkin, sunflower or sesame)

  Chop the strawberries and dice the mangoes squeeze the lime juice on top and mix.

Lay the ingredients: strawberry, mango, blackberries, yoghurt and, finally, the seeds. Obviously you can use whatever fruit you have.
