Avocado Bruschetta

This dish is an absolutely brilliant way to kick off your morning, not only it’s so quick and easy to make, but requires a few ingredients and you’ve got a perfect breakfast or snack

Avocado Bruschetta (2)
• 1 ripe avocado
• lime juice
• 4 thick slices of sourdough bread
• 1Tbs Cilantro (finely chopped)
• salt & pepper

  Warm the bread in the grill, in the meantime, scoop out the flesh of the avocado into a bowl, then squeeze half of a lime and mash roughly with a fork.

Add the chopped cilantro, give it a good mix and season to taste.
Spread on your bread, drizzle with some good quality olive oil and enjoy!
