Naan Pizza

This is a quick recipe when you’re hungry and don’t have time to make real pizza, so feel free to play about and make your own toppings, you can even give it a try with Greek pita

Naan Pizza (8)

• Naan bread (ready bought)
• 2 Tbs tomato pulp or sauce
• mushrooms
• mozzarella cheese
• few sprigs of thyme
• olives
 
  Preheat the oven to 220°C. Spread the tomato pulp or sauce over the naan, then top with your toppings, mushrooms, olives, cheese, and thyme

Cook for about 5 minutes or until the cheese has melted. It’s basically like a pizza, so you can use any toppings you prefer.
