Chocolate Nests

How cute and delicious do these little chocolate nests look!

Chocolate Nests (8)

• 150 g dark chocolate (70%)

Melt the chocolate in a bowl over hot water (don’t let the water touch the bowl) or you could melt it in a microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring each time.

In the meantime get a muffin tray turn it upside down and cover it with aluminium foil, press the foil down on the tray and tuck in from the side. By now the chocolate should be melted, get a spoon and slowly cover each of the muffin moulds with chocolate, make sure you cover from the sides as well, since this will be the side of the nest

After you’ve done this, leave in it freezer for around 30mins until set, when its ready, fill it up with chocolate eggs, sweets, candy and make sure the kids enjoy it.
