Pineapple with Mint Ice Cream

I’m sure everyone would definitely enjoy this. It’s one of those combinations that you love Pineapple, Ice cream and Chocolate, just explodes in your mouth. Once you try Pineapple with Mint, you’ll never forget it

Pineapple with Mint Ice Cream (10)

  • 1 pineapple
  • handful of fresh mint
  • mint ice cream
  • chocolate

Cut both ends off and peel the skin with a knife, removing any little black bits. Then cut the pineapple into quarters and remove the core with an apple corer or a knife would do.

Then cut the quarters into slices and lay on a plate. Serve scattered with the thinly sliced fresh mint leaves and two generous dollops of Mint Ice cream on top (you could always use any other flavour).

Sprinkle some grated chocolate on top and enjoy.
