Banana e Menta Frappe

Yes I did promise to post a few winter soups and minestrones, but I did say there were going to be a few surprises, so will postponed these recipes for next month and let’s make food that you all like, so let’s forget old granny’s soup and broth for now, to be honest this is a very special week , that being said I will make some recipes with a few ingredients that you all  love, such as Chicken, Mushroom, Strawberries, Pineapple and yes Chocolate Smile

Banana e Menta Frappe (6)d  Banana & Mint Milkshake

  • 2 bananas
  • few mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 Tsp sugar/honey

So what better than starting your weekend breakfast with a delicious cold Banana & Mint Milkshake and a nice Croissant.

It’s very quick and easy to make along with being quite filling, so let’s get cracking, chuck all the ingredients in the blender and give it a good whiz for about 2-3 minutes. The fresh mint gives it that extra refreshing taste, opposed to the common banana milkshake. Serve with a warm croissant either with Nutella or honey and butter.

The best thing about milkshakes, you can go crazy with them and add whatever you like, you can add strawberries, almonds, dates, Mango, peach, ice, vanilla ice cream, pinch of nutmeg or cinnamon, yoghurt, raspberries, I could go on and on, the list is endless.
