Blueberry Maple Blush Smoothie

Smoothies are not only deliciously tasty but they’re also perfect to have for breakfast, as they’re full of goodness to start your day

Maple Blush Smoothie (13)

  • cup (250 ml) milk
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 300g blueberries
  • 4 tbsp. maple syrup
  • ice cubes

Put the fruit in a liquidiser and blend together with the rest of the ingredients. Blend until smooth, and then pour the fruit smoothie into a tall, chilled glass. Garnish with a few blueberries. Drink straight away.

You can always replace the blueberries with strawberries or any other type of berries.
